PLANNING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - ONSITE (Miami, FL)
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a PLANNING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE! This position is 100% Onsite in Miami, FL. This is starting out as a contract position running through April 2025 with strong potential to extend longer or possibly convert to FTE. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Planning Account Executive will be managing day-to-day operations and executions, working on relevant, best-in-class and unique content across the Client International social platforms that bring our brand & guest experience to life. Candidates must have a strong creative acumen and business skills, as well as knowledge of the social media and influencer space.

A strong foundation of governance layers is the trademark of the Planning team you would be a part of. This team sets best practice foundations of workflow management the entire Social Team follows. Candidates should be extremely detail oriented with a clear passion to set up processes that enable creativity to flourish.

The Planning Account Executive will work closely alongside an in-house team of planners, copywriters, editors, producers, content creators and other internal teams such as PR, Web, Loyalty and Brand.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as an Account Coordinator or Account Executive or related role in advertising or marketing.
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organization, time management and communication skills both written and verbal that set standards for others to follow.
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly without compromising quality.
  • Experience working with organic or paid social campaigns and platforms, with a strong understanding of the social media landscape, KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to develop detailed plans and assist in running team meetings, identify and resolve issues and manage risk.
  • Ability to build relationships and gain trust with people at all levels of the organization. Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow direction from senior team members & build upon creative ideas when needed.
  • Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
  • Understanding of the travel industry and business. Cruise, travel, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook with the ability to learn new software & operating systems.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
